Rob Arrow is a globally recognized and respected professional in the luxury travel industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Product and Destination Development, and Head of Concierge Service for Almosafer.

In his role within the largest travel company in the region, he aims to deliver new and exciting leisure travel offerings through an omnichannel experience, exposing both new and existing destinations to a dynamic and developing source market.

With over 15 years of experience in the luxury hotel and travel sector, Rob has become a trusted consultant, sitting on multiple boards for new openings, hotel developments, and rebranding efforts, while also demonstrating a deep understanding of the needs of the GCC traveler. Some of Rob’s biggest achievements include his weekly travel section on a radio show in Dubai from 2016-2018, his role as a writer for World Traveller Magazine from 2014-2018, and his contributions to Conde Nast Middle East. He has also spoken at major travel events focused on luxury travel and GCC travelers for leisure and sits on the luxury advisory boards of three major hotel brands: Marriott Luxury, Accor Luxury, and Hilton Luxury. Rob has consulted on a number of luxury hotel rebrands, takeovers, and new builds, and has created several luxury value-add programs to promote recognition and loyalty among end-users.
