Currently, 61% of hotel accommodations cater to the luxury segment, and 78% of pipeline rooms are also positioned in the luxury category-showing a strong future emphasis on high-end travel. The travel sector contributes approximately 12-13% to the national GDP, and the luxury market size is expected to grow from US $12.9 billion in 2024 to US $22.2 billion by 2033, marking Saudi Arabia as a major force in the global luxury travel economy.
