She has worked with international luxury brands in transforming their CX strategy, creating and strengthening their customer-centric culture, and employee experience, as well as designing journey maps and training in luxury customer service and etiquette, luxury sales techniques, luxury culture, and creating impactful experiences that generate loyalty and profitability.

Natalia is a Certified Customer Experience Professional from CXPA and she is the chair of the Middle East Leadership Council, besides this, she Is an International Speaker and has trained over 5000 people.
