Manayer M. AlSharekh is an entrepreneurial powerhouse with over 18 years of experience in strategic transformation, venture building, and international business development. As Co- Founder and CEO of Panther Holdings, she has established herself as a visionary leader who transforms business opportunities into scalable, sustainable ventures across emerging markets.

An alumna of Central Saint Martins and UCL, with a master’s degree in Technology Entrepreneurship and currently completing her Ph.D. at École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP), Manayer combines academic rigor with proven entrepreneurial execution. Her extensive experience with leading institutions in Kuwait equipped her with sophisticated capabilities in cross-cultural strategic ventures and emerging market development.

Manayer transformed The Traveling Panther (TTP) from a boutique protocol firm into a market- leading platform serving distinguished clients across government, corporations, and ultra-high- net-worth individuals. Demonstrating remarkable foresight, she established TTP’s AlUla operations in 2018, positioning the company as an early mover in one of Saudi Arabia’s most significant tourism destinations before expanding through BYOOT and other strategic ventures.
